"I had such a great experience working with Anissa.  She truly cares about her clients and it came through when I was speaking with her. Anissa called me several months ago regarding Medicare as she noticed that I did not have Part B. I had Medicaid and did not know that I needed to have Medicare Part B and did not know what Part B was.  I took her advice and made a notation in my calendar to contact SSA in December and give her a call back in January.  I normally would have not kept her number, but knew she had my best interest in hand. As it turned out, Medicaid gave me 2 weeks notice in dropping my coverage letting me know that I needed to go onto Medicare.  In a panic, I contacted Anissa and she calmly advised me on how to proceed.  In the end, it all worked out as I was one of the fortunate ones and was able to get on Medicare Part B effective 09/01/2024.  I want to commend Anissa for her knowledge and taking the time she spent with me getting through this.  It was such a relief to know that my Medical benefits are taken care of.
